difficulties of the project did not faze her. Her professionalism

“Michele was an outstanding instructional designer and trainer at
Trillium. She created colleges and curricula for Trillium
University; prepared soft skills, sales, and technical training
course material; coordinated with Subject Matter Experts; and setup
training processes, standards, and templates. She is probably the
most efficient training professional I've worked with. She met all
deadlines, exceeded all requirements and expectations, and used
adult learning and instructional design best practices to create
innovative training solutions. She worked on formulating a blended
learning approach for customer technical training material and
helped save the company a lot of money. She was also an energetic
and capable trainer. I would highly recommend her for any training
or leadership assignment.” April 10, 2009
